A valid active card on file is required when booking an appointment for no show, last minute cancellation & rescheduling protection. No charges are made before checkout.
There is a 7 minute grace period for all appointments, after those 7 minutes the appointment is canceled & you will be charged a cancellation fee (100%).
All rescheduling must be arranged 48 hours prior to your appointment time anything after will be considered a cancellation.
All last minute cancellation/no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee (100%). Please be respectful of our time & business.
We accept Zelle, Exact cash, or we can charge the card on file with a 3% processing fee. We cannot guarantee change for big bills if needed please stop by the bank beforehand.
